Take Action with the New Gmail Right-Click Context Menu

Updated: Feb 14, 2019

You can now easily take more action in Gmail with the new right-click context menu options.

Right-Click in a Mouse to access New Gmail Context Menu

The right-click menu has been around for a while but it's just about doing things like archive mails, mark as read or unread or delete it.

Directly from a message in your inbox all end-users can access more actions such as:

  • Reply to or forward an email in one click from the main page

  • Search for all emails from a sender

  • Search for all emails with the same subject (if conversation view is turned off)

  • Open multiple emails in multiple new windows at the same time

  • Easily add a label or move an email
